Devshayani Ekadashi 2025: Devshayani Ekadashi is one of the major fasts of Hinduism, which is observed on the eleventh date of Shukla Paksha of Ashadh month. From this day Lord Vishnu goes into Yog Nidra for four months. Since Shri Hari is in Yog Nidra, marriage, mundane, well worship and other auspicious works are forbidden.

These four months is called Chaturmas in Hinduism. The special thing is that in Chaturmas, the Kaal of Kaal Mahakaal controls the universe, so by doing auspicious works like bhajan-kirtan and worship, happiness and prosperity remain in life.

This year Devshayani Ekadashi will be celebrated on 6 July 2025. By fasting on this day, a person's wealth and grains increase and all sins are destroyed. Not only this, the seeker also attains salvation. During this time, offering some special things to Vishnu Ji makes him happy and shows his blessings on the seeker. Let's know about them.

Brahma Muhurta - from 4:08 am to 04:48 am.

Vijay Muhurta - from 2:45 pm to 03:40 pm.

Abhijeet Muhurta - from 12:01 pm to 12:49 pm.

Nishita Muhurta - from 12:06 pm to 12:46 pm.

Amritkaal - from 12:51 pm to 2:38 pm.

Vishaka Nakshatra is being formed on this day, which will last till 10:41 pm. Apart from this, there will be a combination of Sadhy Yoga till 9:26 pm.

According to religious beliefs, offer saffron sweets to Lord Vishnu on Devshayani Ekadashi. You can also make saffron kheer and offer it to the Lord. This brings happiness and prosperity in life.

On the day of Ekadashi, offer black sesame laddus to Lord Vishnu. This will remove stress, debt, disease, and other problems.

On the day of Devshayani Ekadashi, you can offer panjiri to the Lord. It is prepared with coriander and dry fruits, which are both satvik and tasty. This increases the happiness and good fortune of a person.
