Who can benefit from this scheme?
The employee is joining a formal job for the first time and has not been an EPFO member before.
The concerned employee must be registered with EPFO.
Monthly salary should be less than ₹1 lakh.
The employee must be an Indian citizen.
There should be a bank account linked to Aadhaar.
For the second installment, financial literacy course will have to be completed.
During what time should the job be found?
According to the information given, employees who have got jobs between August 1, 2025 and July 7, 2027 and fulfill the eligibility conditions of the scheme can be considered.
Eligible employees should log in to the EPFO member portal and follow the instructions given to complete the financial literacy course and ensure that the bank account and Aadhaar details are correct.
