Fact Check: Is Arjun Bijlani Replacing Bharti Singh in Laughter Chefs 3? Here’s the Real Story

Colors TV’s hit reality show Laughter Chefs is back with its third season and continues to dominate the TRP charts. Amid the ongoing success of the show, a rumour recently went viral claiming that actor Arjun Bijlani has replaced comedian Bharti Singh as the host of Laughter Chefs 3. This news left fans shocked and confused, prompting questions about Bharti’s exit from the show.

However, the truth behind these reports is very different.

Contrary to the rumours, Bharti Singh has not quit Laughter Chefs 3 and has not been replaced as the host. Bharti is currently on maternity leave after welcoming her second son, which led to speculation about her absence from recent episodes. Sources close to the show have confirmed that she remains very much a part of Laughter Chefs and will return once she resumes work.

So why is Arjun Bijlani back on the show?

Arjun Bijlani has not stepped in for Bharti Singh. Instead, he has temporarily replaced his close friend Karan Kundra, who is busy shooting for his reality show Splitsvilla in Chennai. During Karan’s absence, Arjun will be seen participating in the upcoming weekend episodes of Laughter Chefs 3.

Arjun has been associated with Laughter Chefs since the first season, and his pairing with Karan Kundra was hugely popular among viewers. After two successful seasons, he had taken a short break, and his return has now added to the excitement rather than replacing anyone.

Interestingly, Laughter Chefs has followed this pattern before. Several celebrities such as Mr Faisu, Jannat Zubair, and Reem Shaikh have earlier appeared on the show as temporary replacements or guest contestants whenever regular participants were unavailable.

When will Bharti Singh return?

While there is no official date yet, Bharti Singh is expected to return to the show after her maternity break. Meanwhile, the makers have lined up several special appearances to keep the entertainment quotient high. OG contestant Nia Sharma is set to return as a guest, along with Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurail. The show will also feature popular names like Tejasswi Prakash, Vivian Dsena, Isha Malviya, Eisha Singh, and television’s beloved couple Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Banerjee, who will be seen cooking together for the first time.
