Today's lifestyle has made many people sick. Consequently, cholesterol problems are becoming more common. Bad cholesterol is not good for the body. LDL cholesterol gradually accumulates in the arteries, increasing the risk of heart attack or stroke. However, it can be controlled by consuming certain foods.
You will need these things:
To make the smoothie, you will need: 1 cup fresh spinach leaves,
a medium-sized banana,
1 teaspoon flax seeds, and
1 cup fresh yogurt.
How to make it:
Put all these ingredients in a blender and make a smoothie. If desired, you can add 1 teaspoon of honey for sweetness. Consuming this will help lower your bad cholesterol.
