1. SMS
You can also check your PF balance via SMS. This is considered the easiest method. Text "EPFOHO UAN ENG" to 7738299899. The UAN will contain your UAN number, followed by the first three letters of your preferred language. For example, if your preferred language is Hindi and your UAN number is 123456789000, you would text “EPFOHO 123456789000 HIN" to the number above
2. Umang App
You can also easily check your PF balance by downloading the Umang app on your mobile. Follow the steps below.
- First of all download UMANG app in your mobile and login into it.
- Now search EPFO in the app.
- Select View Passbook option from EPFO services.
- After this enter your UAN number.
- As soon as you submit the information, your PF passbook will appear on the screen.
In this passbook, you will see all the important information related to your PF account including Employee Share, Employer Share, and Pension Contribution.
3. Check with a missed call
You can also check your PF balance by giving a missed call from your registered number to 9966044425. However, your mobile number must be registered on the UAN
