Jaipur: The newly launched book “Fabric Intelligence” by internationally acclaimed textile coach and author Akshay Tholia was formally unveiled by renowned academician Dr. S. K. Jain, Former Vice-Chancellor of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University and Professor at IIT Delhi.

Speaking on the occasion, Akshay Tholia explained that the book comes with 100 real fabric swatches. Each swatch is accompanied by technical information and guided learning activities. After completing the activities, readers mount the corresponding fabric swatch in its designated place within the book. He stated that the objective of this unique concept is not merely to teach readers about fabrics, but to provide them with practical, hands-on experience in identifying, understanding, and analyzing real fabrics through structured learning activities.

While launching the book, Dr. S. K. Jain described Fabric Intelligence as a highly practical and valuable resource for the textile and apparel industry. He noted that the book would greatly benefit students, educators, entrepreneurs, and textile professionals, calling it a significant initiative that aligns with the evolving needs of the industry.
