In a chilling murder case from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, the police have uncovered a shocking plot behind the killing of a man named Subhash, who was murdered on the night of 23rd June. The crime wasn’t the act of an outsider—it was orchestrated by Subhash’s own wife and daughter. What makes this case more disturbing is that the mother lured her daughter into the murder plot by promising to help her marry her boyfriend.

The Web of Illicit Relationships

According to the Meerut Police, the motive behind Subhash’s murder lies in a complex web of extramarital affairs. Subhash’s wife Kavita and both of their daughters were reportedly involved in relationships outside the family. While the elder daughter had already eloped and married, the younger daughter also wished to marry her lover. Subhash, however, was a hurdle in these illicit affairs, especially in his wife's relationship. Tensions in the household were rising, and that’s when Kavita allegedly decided to eliminate her husband.

The Murder Plan

Frustrated by her husband’s interference, Kavita asked her younger daughter Sonam to help kill him. She promised her daughter that if she helped, she would personally ensure her marriage to her boyfriend. Sonam agreed.

Sonam then roped in her boyfriend Ajgar alias Shivam (19), and he collaborated with Kavita’s own lover Gulzar (42) and an accomplice named Vipin (19) to carry out the murder.

On the night of 23rd June, Subhash had gone to his fields as usual. Kavita alerted her daughter, who in turn informed her boyfriend. The two lovers, along with Gulzar, ambushed Subhash in the field. Ajgar then shot and killed him.

Police Investigation and Arrests

Following Subhash’s murder, his son filed a case against unknown persons. After thorough investigation and interrogation, the police arrested all five accused:

• Kavita (Subhash’s wife)

• Sonam (Subhash’s daughter)

• Ajgar alias Shivam (Sonam’s boyfriend and the shooter)

• Gulzar (Kavita’s lover)

• Vipin (accomplice)

The police also recovered the weapon used in the crime (.315 bore pistol), cartridges, and a motorcycle from Ajgar’s possession. All five have now been sent to jail.

The case has sent shockwaves through the Jani area of Meerut. What began as a routine murder probe turned into a disturbing tale of betrayal, manipulation, and family tragedy—where a mother encouraged her daughter to kill the very man who was their protector, just to clear the path for their respective affairs.
