Who can apply for NABARD Internship?

  • 34 interns will be selected for NABARD Regional Offices (ROs). Five additional positions will be filled at the Head Office.
  • Students who have completed their Post Graduation/PGDM or have completed the first year of their studies in Agriculture or related fields like (Animal Husbandry, Fisheries), Agribusiness, Economics, Social Sciences and Management can apply.
  • Students pursuing 5-year integrated courses are also eligible to apply, provided they have completed the fourth year.
  • Indian students studying abroad can also become a part of this internship.
  • To apply for a Regional Office or Training Establishment (TE) in any state, you must either be studying there or be a native of that state. However, students can also register at any of the Head Offices (HOs) in Mumbai.

NABARD Internship Stipend: How much will you get?

This internship is paid, and students will receive a monthly stipend. Field allowance and travel allowance are also provided.

  • Monthly Stipend: Students will receive a stipend of ₹20,000/- per month for the duration of the internship, which is minimum 2 months and maximum 3 months.
  • Field Visit Allowance: A field visit allowance of ₹2000 per day (for the 7 NER states) and ₹1500 per day (for states other than NER states) will be available for field visits with the permission of the mentor. This will be calculated for a maximum period of 30 days, depending on the travel plan.
  • Travel Allowance: ₹6,000 will be provided as travel allowance for the journey from headquarters to the field and back. Petrol/taxi receipts or other valid proof must be submitted.
  • Other Expenses: ₹2000/- per head

  • Now go to the Internship section on the homepage. You can also use the direct link provided in the table to access the form.
  • After this the Google form will open.
  • Now upload your name, father's name/mother's name, date of birth, address, city, pin code, state, email ID, Aadhar number, bonafide certificate, centre preference, scanned student photograph.
  • Provide college name, address, city, state, college HOD, Placement Cell Head, Dean name, designation, email ID, contact details, website, summer break details.
  • Then fill in your academic qualifications, including 10th, 12th, graduation, post-graduation, experience, declaration, place, and date.
  • After filling all the details, check them thoroughly once.
  • Then submit it. Your details will be saved in the Google form.
