Namo Bharat : Rapid Rail will run from Delhi to Rajasthan, superfast speed from Gurugram, Rewari to Alwar, see the route of 22 stations

Delhi Alwar RRTS Namo Bharat Corridor: The new Rapid Rail route from Delhi will run through Rewari to Alwar district. The Namo Bharat Corridor will have 22 stations. This will boost real estate and commercial activity in the NCR.

New Delhi: Delhi-Alwar RRTS Transit System: Following the Delhi-Meerut Rapid Rail, work on a new Namo Bharat Express route in the National Capital Region (NCR) is now underway. It will run from Delhi to Alwar district via Gurugram and Rewari. This rapid rail route from Delhi to Alwar (Delhi-SNB-Alwar RRTS Corridor) is approximately 199 kilometers long, more than twice the length of the Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor. This semi-high-speed rail line will connect Delhi-Gurugram-Dharuhera-Rewari-SNB (Shahjahanpur-Neemrana-Behrod) to Alwar in Rajasthan. The project will be completed in three phases, with a separate link line of four stations. It will include elevated, underground, and ground-level stations, with depots in Dharuhera and Alwar.

Phase 1: Delhi to Dharuhera

The first phase of the Rapid Rail line will connect 13 stations along the 70.72-kilometer route from Delhi to Dharuhera. It is one of three lines operated by the National Capital Region Transportation Corporation (NCRTC). Namo Bharat trains will run at a maximum speed of 160 km/h on this route.

16 stations will be built on the Delhi-SNB route.

The first phase of the Delhi-Alwar Namo Bharat Corridor will include 16 stations along the Delhi-SNB (106 km) route. The second phase will include four stations from SNB to Sotanala (33 km), and the third phase will include two stations from SNB to Alwar (58 km). This will make the entire corridor 199 km long.

Corridor between Delhi to Gurugram via NH-48

The corridor between Delhi and Gurugram will run parallel to National Highway 48 (NH-48). It will have stations at Cyber ​​City, IFFCO Chowk, Rajiv Chowk, and Hero Honda Chowk. The governments of Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan approved the project in 2018-2019.

Namo Bharat train network to connect with Delhi airport

This rapid rail will connect Delhi Airport to the Namo Bharat Express network, passing through urban and industrial areas of Haryana. This Delhi-Alwar project is scheduled to be completed by 2028 and is estimated to cost ₹37,000 crore. Assistance from the World Bank, Japan Bank, and Asian Development Bank is expected to be sought to fund this massive expenditure. By 2030, the rapid rail service on this route is expected to carry 850,000 passengers daily. Like the Delhi-Meerut rapid rail, the Delhi-Alwar route will also have economy and business coaches.

According to reports, the Delhi-Alwar Namo Bharat Corridor will run parallel to NH-48, although an official announcement has not yet been made. The DPR for the first phase has been approved by the governments of Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan. Work will begin upon receipt of the central government's approval.

Connectivity will increase in NCR

The Delhi-Alwar RRTS corridor will provide high-speed connectivity to the NCR, connecting cities like Delhi, Gurugram, Alwar, Rewari, and Bawal. This will further boost real estate activity in these industrial areas. Residential societies and commercial real estate will also receive a boost.
