New rules come into effect on November 1st! These things will appear on your mobile screen when you receive a call… What's the decision?

Many people have been duped of crores of rupees by excessive mobile phone calls. Meanwhile, calls from unknown people are also a major headache. Meanwhile, the government has taken a major decision to alleviate this problem and quickly identify who is calling. This decision will come into effect on November 1st. Questions are also being raised about the actual impact this decision will have on the common man. So, what exactly is this decision? Let's find out what impact it will have on the common man…

What is the new decision? How will it work?
The government has decided to get rid of unwanted spam calls. The country's telecom department has directed all telecom companies to launch the Calling Name Presentation (CNAP) service from November 1st. This service will be India's official verified caller identification system. Under this service, when you receive a call, you will see the caller's number and full name. This service will be active on all 4G and 5G mobile networks. There is no need to activate any settings to activate this service. This service will start automatically on your mobile phone. The government will later consider a different way to launch this service on 2G and 3G phones.

When an international call comes in…
Once this service is activated, the name displayed while making the call will be the same as the name registered on the SIM card. Also, after the call ends, that name will be immediately deleted from the database. This rule will be followed for the safety of every mobile user. When you receive an international call, it will be displayed as an international call on your mobile screen. If the mobile number is being used for any company or business purpose, then you will be allowed to choose this option.
