WhatsApp Tips and Tricks: These 4 secret features of WhatsApp are very useful; they will change the style of chatting
WhatsApp has become such an integral part of our lives that even starting a day without it seems difficult. However, most people use it solely for sending messages, posting statuses, or calling. WhatsApp also boasts many hidden and advanced features that few people know about. Today, we're going to share four amazing WhatsApp tricks that will protect your data and privacy and double the fun of chatting. Let's learn about them:
1. Listen to audio messages without internet with 'Voice Message Transcripts'
Often, when we are in a crowded place or in a meeting, it becomes difficult to listen to the voice messages received on WhatsApp.
How the trick works: WhatsApp has an in-built Voice Message Transcribe feature.
How to use: Long-press on any voice message and select the 'Transcribe' option. This feature will instantly convert the spoken text in the voice note to text and display it on your screen.
2. Send message without sharing number with 'WhatsApp Username'
If you do not want to share your personal phone number with any unknown person or business group, then this new feature is best for you.
How the trick works: Like Instagram, now you can create your own unique username (like @yourname) on WhatsApp too.
Benefit: Now you will not need to give your mobile number to connect with anyone, due to which your privacy will be completely safe.
3. Hide your private chats with 'Secret Code'
If you want your locked personal chats to remain invisible to anyone even on the main screen, then definitely try this trick:
How to use: After 'Chat Lock' your personal chat, go to Settings of Locked Chats folder and set a Secret Code (like a specific word or emoji).
