Pakistan has launched a big attack on India on Tuesday. No..no, this is not a direct attack but a cyber-attack. Pakistani hackers hacked the website of Rajasthan Education Department on Tuesday. 'Pakistan Cyber Force' was written on the home page of the website.
The poster on the home page also said that 'the next attack will not be with bullets, but with technology'. Meanwhile, the education department has started the process of recovering the website. This cyber-attack took place amid tension between India and Pakistan after the Pahalgam attack. Hackers had written objectionable things on the poster.
India has taken action
Recently, India had banned Pakistani websites and social media handles. Pakistan's Defence Minister's ex-handle banned in India India today blocked Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif's ex-handle. After the Pahalgam attack, a video of Khawaja Asif went viral in which he admitted that Pakistan has been funding terrorist organisations for a long time.
On Monday, India also banned 17 Pakistani YouTube channels. A day earlier, JDA, DLB websites were hacked. On Monday night, Pakistani hackers hacked the websites of the Department of Home and Urban Development (DLB) and Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) and posted similar content. They posted content in support of Pakistan. However, both these websites were recovered. On Tuesday morning, the website of the Education Department was hacked.
What did the Education Minister say?
IT wing activated Education Minister Madan Dilawar said, 'The IT wing of the education department has become active. At present, the website has been temporarily closed. Reovery work is being done rapidly. The department has also informed the cyber security agencies about this incident.
An investigation has been launched to find out which group is active behind this cyber attack and what kind of information has been corrupted. He said that no sensitive data has been confirmed yet, but a comprehensive investigation is being carried out in all systems.
