Farmers are awaiting the 24th installment of the PM Kisan Yojana. So far, 23 installments of the scheme have been released. The last installment, the 23rd, was released on June 20, 2026. Under the scheme, financial assistance of 6,000 rupees is provided to farmers each year in three installments of 2,000 rupees each.
Installments are released to farmers every four months. Consequently, the four-month period for the 24th installment is ending in October. Therefore, it is believed that the 24th installment may be released next month. This means that farmers could receive a significant gift from the government before Diwali.
Although the central government has not yet issued an official statement in this regard, the government is expected to provide information in this regard soon. It should be noted that a large number of farmers across the country are benefiting from this central government scheme.
