If you're a farmer benefiting from the PM Kisan Yojana, there's good news for you. Farmers are currently awaiting the 24th installment. It's expected that the central government will release the installment to farmers in October. However, the Ministry of Agriculture has yet to make any official announcement regarding the transfer of the 24th installment. Therefore, farmers will have to wait for an official update on whether they will receive their funds before Dussehra.

When will the 24th installment of PM Kisan be received?

Under the PM Kisan Scheme, eligible farmers are given ₹6,000 annually. This amount is deposited directly into their bank accounts in three equal installments. The installments are distributed from April to July, August to November, and December to March.

According to the information provided, the 23rd installment of the scheme was distributed in June. Although the 24th installment is now expected to arrive in October, the exact date has not yet been announced.

Updating e-KYC
Eligible farmers must complete their e-KYC to avail the benefits of PM Kisan. If the e-KYC is stuck, complete the process from the official portal. For this, first visit the official website pmkisan.gov.in. After this, click on the 'e-KYC' option. Then complete the process using the Aadhaar card number and the OTP received on the registered mobile. Farmers can also do biometric e-KYC at their nearest CSC center. Face authentication facility is also available through the PM Kisan app.

How to check your name on the beneficiary list?
Visit the PM Kisan website and select Farmers Corner - Beneficiary List. Enter your state, district, tehsil, block, and village details to check your name on the list. You can also check your installment status using the Know Your Status option.
