How to get money back if you recharge incorrectly
First, open the MyJio app on your smartphone and click on Transaction History.
Now, click on the transaction history where the recharge was made using the wrong number.
In this section, you'll find the option to cancel your plan within 3 hours of the transaction history.
Click on the Cancel Plan option, and you'll be asked for the reason for canceling the plan and the refund source.
Answer the required questions and cancel the recharge. Afterward, the money will be refunded to the source you specified within a short time.
