The incident occurred during a community event called "Hanukkah by the Sea," attended by hundreds of families. According to witnesses, two attackers dressed in black opened fire from the bridge or nearby, causing panic and sending people fleeing for their lives. New South Wales police say 10 people were killed in the attack, including one of the attackers. A video of the incident has also surfaced.
