According to the information, 18-year-old Lavkush Pal, a resident of Ajitmal area of ​​Auraiya district, was living in Kheda Helu village at the house of his brother-in-law Geetendra Pal for some time. He was having a love affair with Rakhi, daughter of Anil Yadav of the same village. It is being told that on Monday night at around 10:45, Lavkush reached Rakhi's house to meet her.

Shot fired after climbing to the second floor

In the darkness of the night, when Lavkush was trying to climb to the second floor of Anil Yadav's house, Anil saw him. Anil, who was already alert, fired a shot from his licensed weapon without any delay, which hit Lavkush directly. Lavkush died on the spot as soon as he was shot. On hearing the sound of bullets, there was a commotion in the village. On receiving the information, Chaubia police station in-charge Vipin Kumar Malik reached the spot with the police force.

Brother-in-law filed a case

The police took the body of the deceased into custody, filled the Panchnama and sent it for postmortem and arrested the murder accused Anil Yadav from the spot itself. The illegal weapon used in the murder has also been recovered from him. The deceased's brother-in-law Rajesh Pal informed the police about the incident and gave a written complaint, on the basis of which a murder case has been registered against Anil Yadav in Chaubia police station. According to Rajesh, Lavkush had gone to sleep in another house after eating dinner at around 7:45 pm. When they reached after hearing the sound of gunshot at 10:45 pm, Lavkush had already died.
