Surprisingly, behind the veil, this woman explains the public's problems to the officials in fluent English.

The woman who has become the subject of curiosity on social media is no ordinary citizen, but Preeti Gajendra Singh Shaktawat, a former MLA from the Vallabhnagar Assembly constituency. Preeti Shaktawat is the wife of the late Gajendra Singh Shaktawat, former Minister of State for Home Affairs in the Rajasthan government. She herself is very active in politics and social work.

The former MLA had come to the camp with public concerns.
In fact, a special camp was being organized at the Bhindar Municipality premises to address public issues. At this camp, local residents were facing significant difficulties in issuing leases and other administrative tasks. Former MLA Preeti Shaktawat personally visited the municipal office to address these public concerns and complaints.

When Preeti Shaktawat saw that officials and employees were obstructing and harassing the public, she became furious. She reprimanded the administrative officers present in
a stern tone. She used English to make her point even more forcefully. She categorically instructed the officials not to unnecessarily harass the public and to complete their work on time.
