These 2 habits are making you sick! Change them today or you'll regret it

If you're frequently falling ill, some of your habits, which you may not be paying attention to, could be the culprit. Ayurvedic doctors say that there are many habits, from eating and drinking to sleeping and waking, that have a direct impact on our health.

"Being healthy is a habit, it has to be cultivated daily." This is absolutely true. To truly stay healthy, we must strive daily, as it's not a one-day task. Daily proper attention to diet, lifestyle, and other factors maintains health and keeps illness at bay. However, if you adopt habits that are unhealthy, it won't take long for you to become ill. We all want to be healthy, but knowingly or unknowingly, some of our habits become the enemy of our good health. We can't understand why we keep getting sick despite doing everything right and eating healthy, but the answer lies in our own habits. An Ayurvedic doctor explains two habits that can make you sick and that you should give them up immediately. This information is provided by Dr. Diksha Bhavsar . Eating without hunger

"I am not feeling hungry... I had a late lunch, but dinner is ready, let me eat a little." If you do this, then unknowingly you are playing with your health. Well, not just you, but many people do this, but actually eating without hunger is harmful for your health. Feeling hungry means that the previous meal you had has been digested. On the other hand, if you are not feeling hungry, then it means that your digestive system has not yet been able to digest what you had eaten.

In such a situation, when you eat even without feeling hungry, you put extra pressure on your digestive system, especially your liver and gut, and this can have adverse effects on your health. You should only eat when you are hungry. Eating without feeling hungry or not eating even when you are hungry are both wrong. They harm your metabolism, digestion, and overall health.

Not sleeping at the right time

These days, we've all gotten into the habit of sleeping late. Whether it's office work, household chores, or other things, managing all the tasks has made it common to be late to sleep. Sometimes, using the phone late into the night disrupts the sleep cycle. According to Ayurveda, our body repairs and detoxifies itself between 10 pm and 2 am. Sleeping late at night means you're awake when your body should actually be detoxing. Staying up late can cause hormonal imbalances, compromise gut health, increase mental stress, and lower energy. Therefore, sleeping at the right time is crucial.
