These vehicles will not get diesel and petrol from December 18 in Delhi, a big order from the Rekha Gupta government

Delhi Government: Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has once again implemented stricter regulations in Delhi. The reason behind this is the ever-increasing pollution. Under the new rules, vehicle drivers will be required to show a PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate to purchase diesel or petrol in Delhi.

Delhi Government: Following the severe pollution in Delhi-NCR, GRAP-4 was already implemented. Now, the Rekha government has implemented another new rule. In fact, only those with a PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate will be able to get diesel and petrol in Delhi . Furthermore, only BS-VI vehicles will be allowed to enter the city. This information was given by Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa during a press conference.

Taking aim at the previous government, the Aam Aadmi Party, he said, "We are doing better work on the environment than the AAP government." He also said that it is impossible for any new government to reduce the AQI in just 9 to 10 months. He also apologized to the people of Delhi for the increasing pollution. He also alleged that this problem of pollution in the capital is the result of the Aam Aadmi Party, which the BJP government is working to eliminate. Manjinder Singh Sirsa also said that from Thursday, no vehicle will be given fuel at any petrol pump without PUC.

This is the result of Kejriwal's failure: Sirsa

On December 16th, during a press conference on pollution at the Delhi Secretariat, the Environment Minister criticized the opposition. He stated that Delhi's pollution has reached a "severe" stage, a result of Kejriwal's 10 years of failure. He stated that neither garbage was removed from Delhi, nor were industries cracked down on, nor were any concrete steps taken to reduce pollution. He alleged that those who polluted Delhi for 10 years are now protesting against it. Despite this, the Rekha Gupta government has transformed Delhi's landscape in just 10 months.

Delhi-NCR still engulfed in toxic smoke

Despite all efforts to reduce pollution, Delhi-NCR remains reeling under toxic smog. A slight drop in AQI levels was observed on Thursday, but pollution levels remained dangerously high in large parts of the capital. Visibility was extremely low in many areas, causing significant inconvenience to those venturing outside. Strict adherence to all Class 4 regulations has been directed.
