Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups presents Yash in what appears to be one of his most intense roles yet.

Toxic also has an extensive female cast, including Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth.
Kiara and Yash's chemistry has already attracted attention following the release of the song Tabahi. The song's intimate visuals also generated considerable discussion on social media.

Just days after Toxic, Mirzapur: The Movie will arrive in cinemas on September 4.
The film expands the hugely popular Mirzapur franchise from streaming to the big screen. Pankaj Tripathi returns as Kaleen Bhaiya, alongside familiar faces including Ali Fazal, Divyendu and Shweta Tripathi.
The franchise has already built a loyal audience around its brutal power struggles, gang rivalries and dark humour.
The theatrical version is expected to continue that world while introducing a bigger cinematic scale.
