Today is the last day to apply for the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC)'s scaler recruitment in the state. The application window will be completely closed after October 22nd. Candidates who have not yet completed their forms for any reason should complete the online process today.

Form Correction Facility:
If a candidate makes a mistake while applying, they need not panic. The Commission will open a correction window from October 26th to 27th, 2026, through which candidates will be able to make corrections to their forms.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed Intermediate (12th) or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board/Council or School located in Uttarakhand.

Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and at most 28 years of age. Age will be calculated as of July 1, 2026. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to those who are natives of Uttarakhand (reserved categories) as per rules.

Physical Standards
General Category: Minimum height for male candidates is 163 cm and for female candidates is 152 cm.

Candidates from Scheduled Tribe and Hilly Areas (Gorkha, Garhwali, Kumaoni etc.): Minimum height is 152 cm for male candidates and 145 cm for female candidates.

Selection Process and Salary
Selection Process: Candidates will first be required to take a Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Those who succeed will then proceed to a written examination. The final merit list will be determined based on their performance in both stages.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of ₹19,900 to ₹63,200 (Pay Matrix Level-2).
