Kapil murder case has been solved in Hathras. Students of class 9 and 12 killed Kapil by slitting his throat with a saw. Police has solved the case by arresting two minors within 48 hours.

A sensational case has emerged from Uttar Pradesh's Hathras district. Students of class 9 and 12 brutally killed a young man. The young man's throat was slit with a saw, after which his head was separated from the body. The police have solved the murder case. The police are interrogating the accused. 

According to the information, in love with a girl, a class 12 student, along with three other friends, slit the throat of Kapil, a resident of Mendu, with a saw and beheaded him. The police arrested the students of class 9 and 12 and solved the incident within 48 hours.

The accused and Kapil loved the same girl.

According to the police, the main accused student and Kapil loved the same girl. Kapil was pressurising him to distance himself from the girl. In resentment over this, the student along with his three friends committed the crime.

Kapil's body was found in two sacks near Mendu railway station at around 5 am on Thursday. The deceased's father Dorilal had lodged a report against four people including the chairman's nephew. During police interrogation, the 12th class student said that he loves a girl studying with him and Kapil also loves her.

Kapil had threatened him many times. Two-three days back also he threatened and abused him and his father. After this he along with his friends hatched a conspiracy to murder him. According to the police, the student's father is getting a house

constructed near Mendu station. The student and his friends called Kapil to their house on the pretext of a liquor party at around 10:30 pm on Wednesday night and drank alcohol.

The throat was slit with a saw.

During this time also there was an argument between them regarding the girl. When Kapil got intoxicated, he slit his throat with the saw kept in the house. Before this he was also beaten with an iron rod. After that they packed the body in a sack and threw it on a kutcha road beside the railway line and fled. Based on their information, the police have recovered the saw used in the murder, bloodstained iron rod, pieces of metal and a liquor bottle.

-Two juvenile delinquents have been arrested, who are being questioned. Their two friends involved in the incident are being searched for. Ashok Kumar, Additional Superintendent of Police
