To avenge the Pahalgam terror attack, the Indian Army has targeted terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The Indian Army has attacked a total of 9 hideouts.

Officials said the strikes were carefully planned, focusing only on terrorist hideouts while ensuring that no Pakistani military facilities were damaged.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said on the military attack by India, "Pakistan has every right to respond with force to this act of war by India and it is being responded to strongly."
The Defence Ministry said that these steps have been taken in the wake of the barbaric terrorist attack in Pahalgam in which 25 Indians and one Nepali national were killed.
