The latest price revisions come amid concerns over the availability and cost of memory and NAND storage chips. Smartphones rely heavily on these components, so changes in component prices can eventually affect retail prices.
Vivo isn't the only smartphone manufacturer making price adjustments. Other brands, including OnePlus, Oppo and Realme, have also reportedly increased prices for some of their existing smartphones.
For buyers planning to purchase a Vivo phone, checking the latest online price and available discounts before placing an order could help secure a better deal.
