Weather Update: Monsoon breaks in Rajasthan, weather will remain dry, rain may occur after July 16

This year, the monsoon has turned sour in Rajasthan, bringing a halt to rain, and people are once again grappling with the heat. When the monsoon started, there was good rainfall, but since then, rainfall activity has weakened in most districts. According to the latest IMD report, the weather is expected to remain mainly dry in most parts of the state for the next few days. However, light rain is expected in some districts of eastern Rajasthan, and strong dust storms may occur in western Rajasthan.
A new system is becoming active
Weather scientists say that a new weather system is likely to become active in the Bay of Bengal from the night of July 15, due to which rain activities may increase again in Rajasthan from July 16. However, humidity is bothering the people in the state. The effect of strong sunlight and hot winds will remain in western Rajasthan. According to the Jaipur Meteorological Centre, the weather is likely to remain dry in most parts of Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions for the next one week. Also, dusty winds at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour may blow in these areas during the next two to three days.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain mainly dry in most districts of eastern Rajasthan for the next five to six days, but light rain or drizzle is expected in some parts of Alwar, Dausa, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Tonk, Udaipur, Nagaur, Shahpura, Phalodi and Jaisalmer. Talking about the temperature, the maximum temperature in the capital Jaipur is expected to be 36 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 29 degree Celsius on July 14. There will be movement of clouds throughout the day and light showers may occur at some places.
