Arjun Tendulkar, son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, has a hobby that many had noticed through his social media. But now, young India batter Yashasvi Jaiswal has confirmed it publicly. During an appearance on a private channel, Yashasvi was asked to share his experience of spending time with Arjun Tendulkar, and he ended up revealing an interesting detail about Arjun’s off-field interests.
Yashasvi and Arjun have known each other since their early cricketing days. Although Yashasvi hails from Uttar Pradesh, he grew up playing cricket for Mumbai. Arjun, who now represents Goa in the Ranji Trophy, also played age-group cricket for Mumbai. When asked whether he ever shared a dressing room with Arjun, Yashasvi responded, “Yes, absolutely.”
Yashasvi went on to explain that the two of them played together for Mumbai’s Under-19 side. While discussing Arjun’s personality and behavior in the dressing room, he described him as friendly, well-mannered, and someone who maintained his own unique style. According to Yashasvi, they always had a good time together as teammates.
When the conversation shifted to Arjun Tendulkar’s hobby, Yashasvi shared a light-hearted anecdote: Arjun loved exploring good meat dishes. Whenever the team stayed at a hotel, Arjun would often order meat for the entire group. The players would sit together, enjoy the food, and turn it into a fun bonding moment.
Arjun Tendulkar recently represented Goa in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, while Yashasvi Jaiswal featured for India in the ODI series against South Africa. Yashasvi is preparing to return to domestic cricket with Mumbai for the upcoming Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
