Both of Elin's kidneys will be transplanted into a ten-year-old boy in Thiruvananthapuram. Elin's liver will be transplanted into a six-month-old girl in Kochi. Her heart valves were donated to the Sree Chitra Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology in Thiruvananthapuram, and her corneas were kept at the AIIMS Eye Bank in Kochi. Elin's parents, Arun Abraham and Sherin Abraham, are in discussions in Kerala. Governor Rajendra Arlekar, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, and Kerala Health Minister Veena George have praised Elin's parents' decision. Elin was cremated with full state honors in Patnam-Titta.
