  • Side Pull Ups – Grasp the top of your ears, pull them slightly upward, and then release. Do this 10 times.

  • Sideway Pull – Grasp the middle of your ears and pull them outward. Repeat 10 times.
  • Pull Downs – Grasp the earlobes (where earrings are worn) and gently pull downward. Repeat 10 times.
  • Circular Motion – Place your index finger near the earlobe and your thumb behind the ear. Now rotate it clockwise and counterclockwise 10 times each.
  • Upper Cervical Massage: Place your thumb on the upper earlobe and rotate it toward your head, applying gentle pressure. Repeat 10 times on each side.
  • Ear Pinch – Pinch your ears vertically (from top to bottom), pressing gently and then releasing. Repeat this 10 times.
