Bihar's Ramji hacked NASA's website, pointed out the flaw and became a sensation in America, got a place in the 'Hall of Fame'

Ramji Raj of Samastipur has earned fame worldwide by finding a flaw in NASA's website. Seventeen-year-old Ramji hacked the website and sent the bug report to NASA. NASA accepted the mistake, corrected it and included Ramji in the Hall of Fame. Ramji has now become an inspiration for the youth.
Patna: Ramji Raj, a resident of Pahepur in Samastipur, has done an amazing job. He found a mistake in the website of America's space agency NASA. He did this while sitting in Samastipur . Ramji told NASA about this. NASA listened to him and corrected the website. Now Ramji is being discussed not only in the country but also abroad. Ramji has done this amazing feat at the young age of 17. He has proved that ability is not dependent on age. Ramji has become an inspiration for the new generation today.
Mission started at 2 am, flaw found in NASA's website
Ramji Raj's father's name is Rinkesh Kumar. He is proud of his son's success. Ramji told that on the night of 14th May at around 2 o'clock he started checking the security of the websites. During this he scanned more than 50 websites. When he identified a technical flaw in NASA's site, he hacked NASA's website and without any delay mailed its report directly to NASA. On 19th May, NASA formally accepted his report, took corrective steps in the website and inducted Ramji into the Hall of Fame.
Contribute to the security of society by becoming a 'White Hacker'
Ramji considers himself a 'white hacker' and says that he uses hacking for the good of society. His aim is to find flaws in websites and make them safe so that data and information can be protected from cyber criminals. Ramji, who is fond of gaming since childhood, learned coding through the Internet and also found a technical flaw in his school's payment website and got it fixed.
Innovating in agriculture sector too, started AI based startup
Apart from hacking, Ramji has recently started a startup in the agriculture sector with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Its aim is to provide smart solutions to farmers and connect technology with agriculture. He believes that AI is the key to India's technological future and it should be used to empower rural India.
Steps towards self-reliant India in the field of cyber security
Ramji's dream is that India should become completely self-reliant in the field of cyber security. He is not only identifying technical flaws but is also training students and police officers across the country in cyber security. Recently, he has also trained Gujarat Police in this field.
Government recognition and inspirational journey
In view of his achievements, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology of the Government of India has also prepared a documentary on Ramji's life. Today he has become a source of inspiration for the youth. His example proves that if India's young talent gets the right direction and support, it is capable of facing any challenge at the global level.
