Wedding videos go viral every day. One such video is currently going viral in which the groom's girlfriend arrived at the wedding. After listening to the recorded phone conversation and showing proof of the chat, the wedding party was in a state of panic. Arguments and verbal abuse broke out among the guests. The wedding was ruined. This incident occurred on Wednesday in Dindori, Madhya Pradesh.
According to news reports, a girl named Avanti Tekam arrived during the exchange of garlands between the bride and groom. The girl claimed to be in a relationship with the groom, Manish. The video shows that Avanti and Manish got into an argument after hearing Avanti's claim. As evidence, Avanti took out her phone and opened her voice messages and chats to show to the guests present there. The video shows the man dressed as the groom denying all the girl's allegations. The argument heated up the atmosphere at the wedding ceremony. The police were informed.
Police arrived at the scene. To control the situation, they took the groom, his father, and his girlfriend to the police station. Due to this sudden commotion, the wedding rituals could not be completed. The groom returned the next morning without the bride. The bride's father, Chandrakant Mathesh, alleged that he had no idea that Manish was already in a relationship. He alleged that he did not get his daughter married after learning that Avanti and Manish had been in a love relationship for several years. The video was posted on the Instagram account of a local media outlet called 'RajExpress'.
Avanti said their relationship began in 2020, while she was studying in Jabalpur, when she received a call from a wrong number. They remained in touch over the phone for several years. Later, they met face-to-face in Dindori. The young woman said the relationship blossomed into love. She also claimed that earlier this year, Manish told her that his family was arranging his wedding. Suddenly, Manish stopped talking to her. Upon hearing the news of her boyfriend's wedding, she rushed to the ceremony, but she didn't realize the situation would spiral out of control.
