Delhi Crime News : Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi 's cousin, Bhaari Asif Qureshi, was hacked to death with a sharp weapon in a dispute over parking in Delhi's Bhogal area. Two people have been arrested in connection with the incident, an official said on Friday (August 8). The incident took place following a parking dispute in the national capital's Nizamuddin area. Officials said Asif Qureshi , a resident of Church Lane in Bhogal , was attacked with a sharp object during a heated argument late on Thursday (August 7), causing serious injuries to his chest.

The police have registered a case of murder and arrested two accused . The weapons have also been recovered from the accused . According to the police, the incident took place at around 10:30 pm when Asif had an argument with a person over parking a scooter in front of his house . The quarrel escalated so much that Asif was allegedly attacked with a 'poker-like ' weapon, causing a deep wound in his chest.

The 42-year-old  victim collapsed on the spot and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead , police said . A case was registered at the Hazrat Nizamuddin police station under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code, according to news agency PTI .

Police said the accused have been identified as Ujjwal (19) and Gautam (18). Both are from the same neighbourhood. They live on the second floor of a building on Church Lane, a short distance from the victim's house. Both were immediately taken into custody after the incident.

" Investigation is underway to ascertain the sequence of events and the role of each accused in the attack , " an official told PTI . The body of the deceased has been sent for a post-mortem . The family of the deceased alleged that there had been a dispute between them and the other party over parking earlier as well. However, this time the dispute took a serious turn.

Asif 's wife told reporters, " When my husband returned home from work, the neighbour's scooter was parked in front of our house, which he asked to remove. After an argument between the two, the neighbour started abusing him and killed him with a sharp object. "

Delhi Police will present both the accused arrested in this case in the court on Friday. The weapon used in the crime has also been recovered. The police are also questioning other neighbors of the deceased 's family and some eyewitnesses . At present , further investigation is going on in the case.
