Dr. Gupta says that first of all, the daily routine should be improved. Get adequate sleep and exercise. Turmeric reduces liver fat and inflammation. Turmeric should be taken with lukewarm water in the morning. Milk thistle contains silymarin which protects the liver cells. Green tea extract contains plenty of antioxidants which reduce fat in the liver.
