Tension has increased in West Asia due to renewed military action between the US and Iran. These developments have affected the global market. The rise in crude oil prices has changed investor sentiment, which has also affected gold and silver prices. Due to this, gold prices have declined for the second consecutive day in India today. Silver prices have also declined today. After remaining stable for one day, gold prices have declined for the second consecutive day in the capital Delhi. In the last two days, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold has declined by a total of ₹1,430. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold has declined by ₹1,310.
In today's trading, the price of 10 grams of gold of both 24 carat and 22 carat has decreased by another ₹10.
Silver is also cheaper
Like gold, silver prices have also been under pressure. Geopolitical tensions, along with a slight decrease in industrial demand, have led to a decline in silver prices. After remaining stable for two consecutive days, 1 kg of silver fell by ₹100 today.
