Services have now resumed, but claims and other requests will not be processed at the normal speed. The organization states that claims will only be processed after reviewing all records.

Avoid making repeated requests

Services are currently unavailable on the UMANG app
Currently, EPFO services are not available on the UMANG app. Members will not be able to access PF-related services through the app until the migration process is complete. However, the EPFO member portal is fully operational. Members can submit PF claims by logging into the portal using their Universal Account Number and password.
