According to the FIR, Ashutosh married Shalu after divorcing his first wife and is now preparing to marry a third woman, allegedly ignoring his daughter from the current marriage.

• Dowry Harassment:
  Shalu claims she faced harassment and violence from her husband and in-laws due to unmet dowry demands after their marriage on June 24, 2012.

• Repeated Marriages:
  Ashutosh is accused of marrying Shalu solely for dowry after divorcing his first wife, and is now reportedly planning to marry again as the dowry demand remains unfulfilled.

• Neglect and Threats:
  Despite having a daughter with Shalu, Ashutosh is said to be indifferent to her and is currently involved with another woman, who also allegedly threatened and assaulted Shalu with his support.

• Formal Complaint:
  Shalu has lodged an FIR against Ashutosh, his parents Sushila and Shyamveer, and several in-laws, alleging abuse, violence, and dowry-related crimes.
