'Manish Kashyap is an agent of Pakistani General Munir', why did former Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey say this?

Patna. Former Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey has reacted sharply to the incident of assault on YouTuber and BJP leader Manish Kashyap at Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH). He has targeted the doctors and hospital administration on his Facebook page regarding this incident. In this post, Gupteshwar Pandey has taken a dig at the doctors of PMCH and demanded respect for the doctors of PMCH. At the same time, Gupteshwar Pandey, while making a sarcastic remark in his Facebook post, also revealed Manish Kashyap's connection with Pakistani Army General Maulana Munir.

DGP Gupteshwar Pandey shared a post on his Facebook page and wrote-

There is a journalist named Manish Kashyap in Bihar. Recently a doctor sahab told me that Manish has personal relations with General Maulana Munir of the Pakistani army. To take revenge for Operation Sindoor of the Indian government, the Pakistani general set up Manish Kashyap of Patna and sent him alone with shells, bombs, gunpowder, missiles and atom bombs to blow up Patna PMCH (patna medical college and hospital). Manish had to attack PMCH and blow it up. The lives of hundreds of doctors and thousands of patients were in danger. Meanwhile, the doctors of PMCH came to know about General Munir's conspiracy. Hundreds of patriotic doctors, risking their lives and taking a pledge to sacrifice their lives for the country, attacked Manish Kashyap who was alone without caring about bombs, bullets and missiles. He was injured but since they do not believe in violence, they did not kill Manish.

Gupteshwar Pandey wrote- With this bravery, the brave doctors saved the lives of hundreds of doctors and thousands of patients of PMCH. It has been learned that a large number of bullets, bombs and missiles including Ak 47 have been recovered from Manish Kashyap. The same brave doctors are now searching for the atom bomb which Manish Kashyap had taken with him. Hope it will also be recovered soon. I appeal to the Government of India to identify those doctors who risked their lives to destroy the plan of Pakistani agent terrorist Manish to blow up PMCH and honor them with the Param Vir Chakra while they are alive. We are proud of such patriotic, energetic and brave doctors. They have brought glory to their community and the country not only in Bihar but in the entire country. It is a matter of concern that the doctors' association of Bihar or the country has not yet honored these great men. This will lower the morale of these heroes. My humble salute to the efforts of all the doctor brothers who participated in this campaign! As long as there are such sons of Mother India, there is no threat to the honour and pride of the country.

What is the whole matter

This incident happened when Manish Kashyap had reached Patna Medical College Hospital to plead for a patient. Now a picture of Manish Kashyap has surfaced in which he is admitted in the hospital. It is being told that he has suffered serious injuries due to the beating in PMCH and after this YouTuber Manish Kashyap was admitted to the hospital.
