The Department of Social Security and Women and Child Development, Punjab has announced a major recruitment drive for Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Assistant (Sahayika) posts. A total of 6,110 vacancies have been announced under the recruitment process in Punjab. Women who have passed 10th or 12th class are eligible to apply for these posts. Educational Qualification and Age Limit
Candidates applying for these posts must meet the following requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass from a recognized board

Selection Process (Without Written Exam)
The recruitment process for Anganwadi Worker and Assistant posts will be conducted entirely on a merit basis.

A merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in Class 10 and Class 12.

Candidates who rank in the merit list will be shortlisted.

Shortlisted candidates will then be called for document verification.
