Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said this in the review meeting of Jaipur, Jodhpur and Ajmer Electricity Distribution Corporations at the Chief Minister's residence.

According to media reports, CM Bhajan Lal Lal said during this time that community solar plants will be installed in those houses of low income group where space is not available for solar plant. The Chief Minister has given instructions to ensure quick implementation of this scheme. CM Bhajan Lal directed the Discoms to issue pending domestic and non-domestic connections soon.

According to media reports, he said that pending agricultural connections should be resolved on priority. Discoms officials should send a report of issuing agricultural connections to the Chief Minister's office every day. During this, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal provided necessary guidelines while reviewing in detail the status of issuing PHED connections, construction of 33 and 11 KV GSS and replacement of faulty transformers. Along with this, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal said that Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthan Maha Abhiyan (PM Kusum) A and C components will prove to be a milestone in making the state self-reliant in the energy sector.
