Salman Khan Big Movie: Bhaijaan in Talks with ‘The Family Man’ Makers, Actor Likes the Script

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is currently in the spotlight for his upcoming film Battle of Galwan, whose teaser recently created a buzz among fans. Based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese soldiers, the film has already generated strong anticipation.
Amid this, fresh reports suggest that Salman Khan may be exploring a new collaboration with the makers of the popular web series The Family Man.
Talks with Raj and DK
According to media reports, Salman Khan has been in discussions with filmmaker duo Raj and DK for a potential film project. The conversations are said to be in the early stages, but Salman has reportedly heard the script and shown keen interest in the concept.
The project is described as an action-comedy, a genre that aligns well with Salman Khan’s on-screen persona. If the collaboration moves forward, the makers are keen to mount the film on a grand scale.
Salman Khan Likes the Script
Sources claim that Salman has liked the basic idea of the film and finds his character slightly different from what audiences usually see. However, the actor has not yet given his final approval. Discussions are currently underway to align the project timeline with Salman’s packed schedule. If things fall into place, the film could go on floors by the end of 2026.
First Collaboration with ‘The Family Man’ Team
If Salman Khan signs the project, it will mark his first-ever collaboration with Raj and DK. Meanwhile, the actor remains busy with Battle of Galwan, which is being directed by Apoorva Lakhia and produced under the Salman Khan Films banner. The film also stars Chitrangada Singh and is slated for a theatrical release on April 17, 2026. Salman is also preparing for Kick 2.
About The Family Man
The first season of The Family Man premiered in 2019, followed by a successful second season in 2021. The much-awaited third season was released in November 2025 and received strong audience appreciation. The series is available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
