“Sonam Hung a Black Bundle”: Raja Raghuvanshi’s Father Alleges Black Magic Behind Son’s Murder

In the ever-darkening twists of the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case, the victim’s father, Devilal Raghuvanshi, has now made a shocking allegation: that Sonam Raghuvanshi—the woman accused of killing her husband—was involved in black magic and tantric rituals.

“She Hung a Black Potli on Our Door”

Speaking to the media, Devilal claimed that soon after Raja and Sonam’s engagement, she tied a black bundle (potli) outside their house’s main door.

“She said it would protect us from the evil eye,” he recounted tearfully.
But according to Devilal, the real purpose of the potli was something far more sinister.
“That potli wasn’t for protection. She was doing black magic on Raja… and after his murder, the potli disappeared too.”

The Sacrifice Theory: Sonam's Father in Focus

Adding to the chilling claims, Raja's elder brother Sachin Raghuvanshi repeated his allegation that Raja was "sacrificed" to improve the health of Sonam’s father, Devi Singh, who had survived two heart attacks earlier.

“Sonam’s father is now fine. Raja is dead. This wasn’t just murder—it was a human sacrifice,” Sachin alleged.
He believes Sonam’s family is involved in occult practices and had long been in contact with people associated with tantra-mantra.

No Response Yet from Sonam’s Side

As of now, Sonam's family has not responded to the grave allegations of black magic and sacrifice. However, police are not ruling out any angle, including the possibility of occult influence in the murder conspiracy.
