The mid-size SUV segment in India continues to attract buyers looking for a blend of performance, comfort, and modern features. Among the latest contenders, the Tata Sierra and Kia Seltos stand out with multiple engine choices, premium features, and competitive pricing.

Mileage Comparison

Fuel efficiency is an important factor for many SUV buyers, and the Tata Sierra appears to have an edge in several variants.

The naturally aspirated petrol version of the Sierra is claimed to offer better fuel efficiency than the equivalent Kia Seltos model. The advantage is also expected to continue in the automatic petrol variant, thanks to Tata's Atkinson-cycle engine technology, which is designed to improve fuel economy.
