Acclaimed filmmaker S. S. Rajamouli is once again generating massive buzz with his upcoming big-budget film Varanasi. Known for delivering blockbuster spectacles like Baahubali: The Beginning, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, and RRR, the director is reportedly preparing one of the most ambitious films in Indian cinema.

According to reports, Varanasi is being made on a massive budget estimated between ₹1000–1300 crore, making it one of the most expensive Indian films ever produced.

Mahesh Babu–Priyanka Chopra’s Grand Dance Sequence

The film stars Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu and global icon Priyanka Chopra in lead roles. A recent update from choreographer Shankar has intensified excitement among fans.

In an interview, the choreographer revealed that Rajamouli personally narrated the film’s story to him for several hours before planning the dance sequence. The movie will reportedly feature a large-scale Latin-style dance number featuring Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra.

The sequence will also include professional dancers from the United Kingdom, promising a visually grand and energetic performance.

Unique Storyline with Mythology and Time Travel

Apart from the lavish dance number, the film’s storyline is said to combine Indian mythology with time-travel elements, making it a unique cinematic experience. Possible Shooting Schedule in Antarctica
