A horrifying video has emerged of a 6-year-old child in Bengaluru sticking his head out of the sunroof of a moving car and hitting the overhead barrier. Fortunately, the child did not suffer serious injuries. The police have registered a case of negligent and risky driving. The case has been registered under Section 281 of the Indian Penal Code.
A horrifying accident took place in Vidya Aranyapura area of Bengaluru on Saturday. An innocent 6-year-old child stuck his head out of the sunroof of a moving car and then his head hit the overhead barrier on the road.
This horrifying scene was captured on camera and is now going viral on social media. The video has raised serious questions about road safety and the negligence of parents.

According to the police, the child's brother-in-law was driving the car and a woman was also present in the car. The child was out of the sunroof when the accident happened.
Thankfully, the child did not suffer serious injuries, but this incident has become a lesson for everyone. The police have automatically registered a case and registered a case of negligent and dangerous driving under section 281 of the Indian Penal Code (BNS).
