On Instagram, a man named Vishal shared a live video of a cab booking. He explained that customers were booking rides to temples, and the messages they were sending were embarrassing. As soon as the cab was booked, customers would message, asking, "Hello, bro, will you do anything with me? If you're interested, share your WhatsApp number."
The video shows the customer canceling the ride as soon as the cab driver said "no." Vishal lamented that this used to happen to Rapido drivers, who were often subjected to such messages. However, now even cab drivers face such messages. He added that if a cab driver were to behave like this with a passenger, the company would take immediate action. However, this happens to drivers every day, yet the company seems unconcerned.
