According to eyewitnesses, the crowd began to get out of control even before the concert began. Pushing and shoving broke out among the audience. In the chaos, two people, including a young woman, fainted. They were immediately taken to a first aid center and later transferred to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police and organizers immediately deployed additional security personnel to control the crowd, and the Additional Commissioner of Police also arrived at the venue to assess the situation.

According to reports, police had to resort to mild lathicharge to disperse the unruly crowd. Several people fainted on the spot and were taken to the hospital. However, no serious injuries have been confirmed so far.

Singer Shreya Ghoshal's concert was scheduled during her Bali trip, which began on November 5th and ended on November 13th. The final day was scheduled to feature cultural programs and celebrity appearances.
