The Saptami Tithi will end on September 29th at 4:31 PM. Thus, the Saptami Tithi falls on September 28th. On this day, the Saptami fast of Sharadiya Navratri will be observed. Goddess Kaalratri will also be worshipped.
When is Ashtami?
According to the Vedic calendar, the Ashtami Tithi of the Shukla Paksha (waxing moon) of the Ashwin month begins on September 29th at 4:32 PM. The Ashtami Tithi will end on September 30th at 6:06 PM. The Maha Ashtami fast will be observed on September 30th. On this auspicious occasion, Goddess Durga will be invoked. A special puja will be performed for the Mother of the Universe.
When is Navami?
The Navami Tithi of the Shukla Paksha (waxing moon) of the month of Ashwin will begin at 6:07 PM on September 30th and end at 7:01 PM on October 1st. According to the date calculations, Mahanavami will be celebrated on October 1st. Goddess Siddhidatri will be worshipped on this auspicious occasion.
When is Dussehra?
Dussehra (Dusshera Date 2025), a festival symbolizing the victory of good over evil, is celebrated on the tenth day of the bright fortnight of the month of Ashwin. This auspicious date begins on October 1st at 7:02 PM. The Dashami date will end on October 2nd at 7:10 PM.
Thus, Dussehra will be celebrated on October 2nd. The auspicious time for worshipping Lord Shri Ram on this day is from 1:18 PM to 3:40 PM. The Vijay Muhurta is from 2:05 PM to 2:53 PM.
