My job is to treat, not pass bills

Dr. Manish Agarwal, who was arrested by the ACB, has filed a bail application in court. The bail application, presented by senior advocate Deepak Chauhan, states that Dr. Manish is being falsely implicated. His job is to treat patients, not pass bills. The SMS Medical College administration has formed a committee to pass bills. This committee is responsible for passing bills. Bills cannot be passed with Dr. Manish Agarwal's signature alone. His opponents have conspired to frame him.

4 lakh rupees in cash and property documents worth crores were found in the house.

The ACB trapped Dr. Manish Agarwal at his Gopalpura home late on October 9th. Dr. Manish had accepted a bribe of 1 lakh rupees from a company representative. Following the trap, the ACB searched the house, finding over 4 lakh rupees in cash. Numerous documents indicating property ownership in various areas of Jaipur were also found. The ACB has seized all the documents.

Bribe was offered to ACB

To carry out the trap operation, ACB sent a head constable posing as a patient to Dr. Manish Agarwal's house. At the same time, the company's representative reached the doctor's house with the bribe money. After seeing all the patients, Dr. Manish called the company's complainant to his chamber and took one lakh rupees. During this time, the head constable entered the chamber. The doctor, startled, asked who he was and how he had come inside. On this, the head constable said that he had to see a patient who was going to come in two minutes. On this, Dr. Manish threatened the head constable and asked him to go out.

1 lakh rupees were thrown in an empty plot

When the head constable remained at the doctor's house, Dr. Manish asked him to make an appointment. The head constable replied that he was from the ACB and had been caught taking a bribe. The doctor called his employee, Jagat Singh, gave him the money and asked him to throw it outside. Jagat Singh threw one lakh rupees into a neighboring vacant plot. Meanwhile, the entire ACB team entered Dr. Manish's house and arrested him. The bribe money was also recovered from the vacant plot.
