Harrowing news has emerged from Delhi's posh Dwarka neighborhood, once again highlighting the reckless pursuit of the wealthy and the flaws in the system. A single mother raised her son with great ambition for 23 years, but the negligence of a minor killed him in a matter of seconds.
Dwarka Hit-and-Run: SUV with 13 challans and a minor without a license, mother loses her only support.
The hobby of making reels and speeding on the roads of Dwarka has brought a lifelong grief to a happy family. The death of 23-year-old Sahil Dhansher has shocked the entire Delhi. Sahil's mother, Inna Makan, alleges that after the accident, her son remained writhing in pain on the road for about 10 minutes and kept pleading for help, but the crowd present there and the ambulance remained spectators. By the time the mother reached the spot and took him to the hospital, Sahil had already stopped breathing.
I lost my son sahil Dhaneshra a 22+ year old young and most talented boy whom I raised for 23 years alone as a single mom ,was killed brutally by a scorpio N bearing no.UP57BM3057 driver is an unlicensed driver and his sister while making speed fun reels in #dwarka #delhipolice pic.twitter.com/RiAx6HkO6x

The revelations made during the investigation about the SUV (Scorpio-N) involved in the accident that flouted the rules
are extremely frightening. The vehicle that crushed Sahil already had 13 challans registered against it for overspeeding. Despite continuously violating the rules in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, the vehicle was running fearlessly on the road. At the time of the accident, the vehicle was being driven not by an adult but by a minor who neither had a license nor the understanding to drive on the road. It is being said that a reel was also being made for social media while driving.
A plea for justice and the irony of the law:
Sahil's mother's pain deepened when she learned that the accused who killed her son had been granted interim bail, citing board exams. While the mother was gathering the ashes from her only son's funeral pyre, the accused escaped the clutches of the law. Now, the victim's family is demanding only one thing from social media and the police administration: strict punishment and fair justice. This case once again raises the question: how long will such negligence by the wealthy continue to claim the lives of innocent people?
