Fuel prices across India have remained largely stable at the start of September, with petrol and diesel rates remaining stable in most major cities. The average price of petrol in the country is ₹111.21 per liter, while diesel costs ₹97.83 per liter.
In Mumbai, petrol is available at ₹111.21 per liter, the same as yesterday's rate. Diesel in the financial capital is priced at ₹97.83 per liter, the same as yesterday's rate. In Delhi, petrol is available at ₹102.12 per liter and diesel at ₹95.2 per liter, indicating lower fuel prices in the capital compared to other metro cities.
